The 2024 Tight 5 Sevens Tournament
While there is little doubt that things have changed a bit we are confident that no one can do it quite like we do. The 12th year was not without problems, controversy and disappointment in people but I believe that this year was one of the most fulfilling events for the Scrum Dog Millionaires aka the Nelson Tight 5 & Co.
I’m forever grateful for Veronica, Adam, The Anderson’s Pono, Alexis the Amazing referee, and the Fairbaryn Family. We had two of the best photographers in the game and they provided some amazing evidence/ memories. If you’re looking for pictures from the San Diego tournament look for Griff and Sara Dechance . Ryan Anderson was a young but dominant MVP this year and could be a long term contender. The teams that took home hardware, in order, Dead Elephants RFC, the OMFATs of OMBAC and the sentilating team up for the LA Rebellion & San Diego Armada. Congratulations to everyone but mostly to us
