Welcome to Tight 5 Sevens, operated by Scrum Dog Millionaires LLC. By visiting our site, registering for our tournament, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We built this community on respect, fun, and a love for rugby—so we keep things simple and transparent.

WHO WE ARE
Tight 5 Sevens is a rugby-inspired brand and tournament community. We sell athletic wear, accessories, and manage registration for our annual tournament. The site is owned and operated by Scrum Dog Millionaires LLC.

USING OUR WEBSITE
By using our site, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian. Please don’t misuse the site (no spamming, hacking, or behavior that interferes with other users or our services).

PRODUCTS & ORDERS
We offer both standard and made-to-order products. Some items are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand partner.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order items (Printful products) are final sale unless defective.

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATIONS
By registering for the Tight 5 Sevens tournament, you agree to participate at your own risk. Rugby is a contact sport—injuries can happen. You agree to follow tournament rules and hold Scrum Dog Millionaires LLC harmless for any injury, loss, or damages. We recommend players carry medical insurance.

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Squarespace Payments or Stripe). We never store payment details.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Product returns and shipping info: see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
- Tournament cancellations made 30+ days before the event may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion.
- No refunds within 30 days of the tournament date.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content—logos, photos, and text—belongs to Scrum Dog Millionaires LLC. Please don’t reuse without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or injuries occurring during event participation.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms periodically.
