Tight 5 Sevens Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how shipping, returns, and exchanges work at Tight 5 Sevens.

SHIPPING OVERVIEW
- Domestic (U.S.) — Orders ship via USPS, usually within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
- International — Printful uses regional carriers. Shipping times vary by destination. Import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Fulfillment — Most items are made-to-order by Printful. Expect 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return: email tight5sevens@gmail.com with your order number.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and resellable.
- Custom or Printful items are final sale unless defective.
- Tournament registration fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received something damaged or misprinted? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo—we’ll make it right at no cost.

REFUNDS
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
