What is Tight 5 Sevens?

Tight 5 Sevens is an age and weight handicapped rugby sevens tournament where stategery will reward you.

31 years old and 220 lbs is 0 points and you get points for being older & heavier. You lose points for being younger and lighter than 31 years old and lighter than 220lbs

How do you win?

Each team picks a “Starting VII” to score as many points as possible at the weigh in.

The teams with the highest handicap score will be able to compete for the most unique hardware in rugby and the individual players who are worth the most points are the MVP contenders

When is it ?

Join us August 1, 2026 at For Pete’s Sake Rugby Field in Santa Rosa for a full day of rugby, food, community, and tournament madness.
