Tight 5 Sevens Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.

Eligible returns

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

To request a return, email tight5sevens@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For an ordinary return that is not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If Tight 5 Sevens provides a prepaid label for an ordinary return, the label cost may be deducted from the refund.

Made-to-order and non-returnable items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products, including most Printful products, are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Tournament registration fees are governed separately and are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. For an approved claim, Tight 5 Sevens will cover the replacement or refund and any required return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. For an eligible item, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

International statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law. Where legally required, including eligible orders shipped to the European Union, statutory cancellation rights and cooling-off periods continue to apply.
