Island rugby, harbor air, and the Hotdogs of the Sea crew. We’re building the player group for the Catalina Rugby Tournament weekend.

Prospective player form

Interested in joining the tour? Complete the form to share your rugby, kit, travel, and contact details. This helps us plan the roster and coordinate follow-up. Submitting the form expresses interest; it does not guarantee a roster spot. The organizer will follow up about availability, fees, travel, and next steps.

Please share only information relevant to participation and tour planning. Do not enter passport numbers, bank account details, or full medical records.

If the form does not display, open the player form in a new tab.
