Size Guide
Use this guide before ordering Tight 5 Sevens apparel. Our products come from several print partners and garment manufacturers, so fit can vary by style.
Best method: measure a shirt or hoodie that already fits you well, then compare it with the garment notes below. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.
How to measure
- Chest or bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably loose.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Flat garment width: Lay a favorite garment flat and measure straight across, one inch below the armholes. Double that number to compare it with body-chest measurements.
- Body length: Measure from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem.
Adult and unisex tops
This body-measurement chart covers the standard adult/unisex Ninja POD blanks currently used in the store, including District DM108, Sport-Tek ST356 and ST445, Port & Company PC54TT, PC380H and PC455, Jerzees 996, Gildan G640, Independent Trading Co. AFX90UN, and Volunteer Knitwear VL60LS.

Specialty garments
The following products do not use the standard chart above: Catalina jerseys and replica shorts, Samurai singlets, Hotdogs Dress, one-piece swimsuit, Thin Lizards Skin windbreaker, and The Republics Hoodie.
- The Republics Hoodie: This style runs smaller than standard. Size up when between sizes.
- Jerseys, shorts, singlets, swimwear, dresses and windbreakers: Check the product description for style-specific fit notes. If measurements are not shown, contact us before ordering.
- Snapbacks and beanies: Items marked “one size” use an adjustable or stretch fit.
